Welcome to Interactiva, I firstly wanted to introduce myself and how this whole business came about.

I am Sophia, the owner and founder of Interactiva, I have worked in the Wedding and Event industry for 17 years. I am also the owner of Sophia’s Final Touch which is an Award-Winning Wedding & Event Styling Company which has been running for over 9 years. I love all things Event Planning; I am a creative and strive to make each & every event perfect for our customers by helping their vision come to life.

Since owning our Wedding & Event Styling Company I have met some amazing clients, but one question or statement we get asked multiple times a day is ‘I just can’t envision how my event will look?!’ For many couples this burning question can cause a lot of anxiety and stress. For couples planning their big day, they save a lot of money and spend a lot of time planning to hand over complete control for event stylists like us, which at times can be difficult for them to do. Obviously from working in the industry for so long we try to overcome this barrier by supplying images and examples of what their event may look like but without setting it up before the day which is normally not possible, it is difficult to visualise the event before the big day.

For the past two years I have been working hard to come up with something to alleviate this problem and give people the opportunity to not only see the event before it happens but also customise, change layouts, add finer details, & create table plans in one place. After hard work, testing & long days, Interactiva was born!

Our 3D visualisation software uses new and innovative technology to make all the burning questions disappear. With Interactiva you can turn a 2d floor plan into a 3D walkthrough in minutes, you can draw your own floor plan, choose from our catalogue of real-life venues, or get your venue made for you so you can see your décor in your chosen space. We have a huge catalogue of furniture to add to your space, such as centrepieces, chairs, sashes, aisle décor, dancefloors, arches and much more. All of which, colours can be changed to fit your colour scheme perfectly. We have a variety of layouts to choose from and you can change the layout of your space to see what décor will fit the best in your space. After choosing your layout and décor you can even add the finer details and create beautiful table scaping, such as charger plates, napkins, place cards, favours and more. An added feature which we worked hard to develop is the table plan function. This will make your life a million-time times easier, as you can add names, RSVP’s, dietary requirements, colour coded gender preference and more. It also has the function to import, export and share with your venue so everyone is on the same page and will make service on the day much smoother. One of our biggest bug bares was the variety of which we received table plans and trying to coordinate place cards alongside the venue on the day of set up, we would have excel documents, word documents, hand written paper and photos, which make it very difficult to coordinate. With Interactiva you can share your event set up & table plan, with your stylists, your venue, your suppliers and your family and friends so that everyone will know exactly how your event should be set up.

Once you have decided on your décor and swapped and changed it until your completely satisfied you can export an inventory list of everything you want for your event, this then can be easily passed on to your event stylist, wedding planner or suppliers so they can bring it on the day. The reason for this important function was because we noticed as stylists, we would get calls from clients trying to describe a piece of décor which they had seen but did not know the name of. With our printed inventory list, it shows an image, the name, and the quantity of each item so all your suppliers will know exactly what you want.

Interactiva was not only designed for couples, or people planning an event. It was also designed for venues, professionals, & suppliers! The first stage of any event planning normally consists of finding the right venue. Sometimes for clients this can be difficult and time consuming, we have worked with so many venues which have the potential to expand their clientele and get a greater reach but for several reasons such as they have never had anything set up in the venue previously or they are used to just one layout, hinders them. With Interactiva once your venue has been modelled and uploaded by our 3D design team it is accessible for anyone to see worldwide, meaning you can reach a greater amount of people as they can see your exact venue space down to carpets and paintings. Or see the space in different layouts from the comfort of their home. Our Room models are like for like, our design team can master the detail of any space and create it beautifully just from a few photos and measurements. It also gives venues the opportunity to tap into a wider variety of different clients for example venues which normally cater for corporate events will give potential couples to view the space set up for a wedding, which of course will increase revenue. We noticed that all the venues we work at are still drawing their floor plans on a piece of paper or word document. Just stop for a second a take that in! Image, someone giving you a piece of paper with circles and squares on saying this is what you are wedding or event will look like! It blows my mind that in 2024 this is even a thing but unfortunately, it is the case. Thankfully Interactiva has final over come this issue, with our software you can show people their floor plan of the actual venue. Not only does this help visually but logistically as many of the floor plans drawn on paper or word are not to scale meaning you may fit 15 tables in your box, but in reality, the room only fits 10. Our software will not let you put more tables in the room than it fits, therefore this issue it eliminated! Image given your cooperate clients a 3D Floor plan, rather than a drawn box on word, Interactiva will increase conversation rate and elevate your business giving your floor plans a professional look. Another issue we saw was the table plan and dietaries, with our Interactiva you can import table plans in one click, it will upload seating arrangements, dietaries, RSVP and more so that there are no more hours of endless typing it all out! Venues if your looking to stand out amongst competitors and have a USP Interactiva was made for you!

Wedding Planning just got easy! Wedding planners, Interactiva was made for you too! Imagine being able to eliminate the endless hours going through venues trying to pick the perfect one for your couple. With Interactiva you can go through them with your couple with ease, you can quickly see what they like and do not like about a venue, helping them choose the perfect space. Once you have chosen the venue you can change the layout of the room to help them decide if they want round tables or long tables maybe, then with them create the décor and table scaping. Finally, it’s difficult to believe but you will get to show your clients the wedding before the big day, no more worry and no more stress, everyone will be on the same page and best of all you can easily download the inventory list and give it straight over to your event stylist or supplier, again cutting a huge amount of time!

Another struggle we noticed in this industry was for event stylists and suppliers. Unless you had a showroom to showcase your products it was difficult to show people the amount and variety of stock on which you hold, as we know most event products come in a variety of numbers, sizes, shapes and colours. With Interactiva you can have your own online showroom and catalogue! We can model your exact products in the size, shape & colours you offer, so your customers can see it all in one place without having to pay overheads of a showroom and staff. The items in your online catalogue can easily be exported in an inventory list or linked directly back to your own site so that customers can purchase or hire directly with you!
