How to use the Table Wizard Function.

This video will demonstrate how to use the Table Wizard Function. Users can create tables with various customization options, including table shape, size, and colour, as well as chairs, plates, cutlery, glassware, and decoration choices. Users can adjust the number of seats, chair placement, tablecloth colour, and positioning of items like centrepieces. The tool allows viewing the table in 2D, or 3D views and offers features to duplicate tables, edit table settings, and change layouts. This process includes selecting items, adjusting dimensions, and applying changes to the floor plan.

First you're going to select the floor plan that you'd like to work on. Then from the left hand toolbar, you're going to select the table wizard function and select Create a table.

Start by opening the left Tool Bar and clicking on the Table Wizard Function.

  1. Select Table Wizard

    First you're going to select the floor plan that you'd like to work on. Then from the left hand toolbar, select the table wizard function and select Create a table.

  2. Create a table

    From here you'll have a number of options, so the first one is your table. Simply click Change to change the shape & size of your table you can also select with linen or without linen, all options are colour changeable.

    Select the number of seats just simply by increasing or decreasing. You can also select if you'd like the chairs half around the table and the space in between the chairs.

  3. Select your Chairs

    Click on change chair and go through all the chairs we've got, with or without sashes, again all colour changeable. You also use the search items at the top by typing in the name.

  4. Select your plates

    Click on change and select you preference. You can also change the distance from edge, if you'd like it further in or further out.

  5. Select Your Cutlery

    Choose your Cutlery, select where you'd like it, left, right, centre or top.

  6. Select your Glassware
    Select your glassware, change the position of the glass using the positioning tabs, add multiply glasses by selecting Add Another.

  7. Select your Table Decoration

    Choose your table decoration select the dimensions button to change the size, colours or if you want it raised. Use the table positioning arrows to change the position of the centrepiece. If you want to view your table in 3d simply click on the 3d option on the top right of the box and it will load in 3d for you.

    When you're happy with the table, simply click on apply.

  8. Change your table

    If you ever need to go back and edit your table again, simply click on the Edit Table function in the right tool bar and it will bring you back to this screen where you can go through the steps to edit as you wish.
